| 1991 | Completion of Ohtake Warehouse. |
| 1992 | Completion of Production Building-C. |
| 1993 | Licensed production technology for electronic-grade high-purity hydrogen peroxide to Chang Chun Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Taiwan. |
| 1994 | Licensed production technology of electronic-grade high-purity hydrogen peroxide to E.Merck in Germany. |
| 1997 | ISO-9002
accredited to Miyagi Factory by JQA. Established a joint venture company, "Santoku Merck Pte Ltd" ,in Singapore in collaboration with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Merck KGaA. |
| 1998 | A new plant of Santoku Merck to produce electronic-grade, ultra-high-purity hydrogen peroxide completed and began production in Singapore. |
| 2000 | ISO-14001 accredited to Miyagi Factory by JQA. |
| 2003 | Acquisition of ISO9001: 2000 at Miyagi Factory to replace ISO-9002. |
| 2005 | Santoku Merck Pte Ltd renamed as Santoku BASF Pte. Ltd. |
